KNUST 2023/2024 ACADEMIC YEAR RESUMPTION DATE
Since there was a change of date for the West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination(WASSCE) 2023 by Ghana Education Service most universities in Ghana are going to resume in 2023. This action was taken because GES wants to go back to the use of its old academic calendar for which the West Africa Senior School Examination Certificate(WASSCE) may start in May and end in June.
” This is why we said this year the calendar that we put out is a transitional calendar. We are transiting to go back to our old calendar when we start school from September/October and end in June/July the following year”. said by Director General of the Ghana Education Service (GES) Prof. Kwasi Opoku-Amankwa on UTV.
After all the changes done to the academic, the KNUST 2023/2024 academic year resumption date stands to be January 2024.
